WBCHSE Higher secondary HS exam 2020 postponed

West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has postponed its Higher Secondary (HS) examinations scheduled to be held on March 23, 25 & 27, 2020. The board officials yesterday had stated that exams would not be postponed. However, fresh reports that are just in, have confirmed that WBCHSE Higher secondary exam 2020 has been postponed.

The postponement also implies to the WBCHSE High School examinations scheduled on dates hereon (after March 21).

Following WBCHSE exam has been cancelled scheduled in March 2020:

  • March 23- Physics, Nutrition, Education, Accountancy
  • March 25- Chemistry, Economics, Journalism & Mass Communication, 
    Sanskrit, Persian, Arabic, French
  • March 27- Statistics, Geography, Costing and Taxation, 
    Home Management and Family Resource Management

WBCHSE postponed exam date 2020 for higher secondary class will be notified by April 4th. The exams would expectedly be held in mid-April or late-April, the fresh schedule would be uploaded WBCHSE official portal here.

The decision to postponed HS exams has been taken in view of the coronavirus outbreak.

  1. You should be happy about this postponed news. Because life is more important than exam. If we die , then who will give our exams, and who will remember us for this. Let just wait for the correct time. It will help us and our country also. And this quarantine time we can prepare our studies even more good, and at the end of the day our result will be good for this quarantine.

    • Sir I am a student of class 11 th we have not enough time to prepare our 12th there are lot of news viral in our social media so we cannot understand what is true news or fake news.
      Are all the due exams of WB Board fully cancelled?

      • No. exams HAVE NOT BEEN CANCELLED, only postponed. means, exam will be held, but on new dates.
        We advise to wait for official notice about the issue.

  3. Koi baat nahi Exam to baad mein bhi hoga to chalega par abhi hamare desh ko jo khatra hai woh Korona Virus hai ise khatm karna zaroori hai.
