UPSC CSE prelims exam postponed 2020

Even though the UPSC IAS/CSE prelims exam 2020 will be held on May 31, more than a month later, its unlikely that the situation will ease. Most likely, the educational institutions, examinations etc activities which lead to large gatherings, will not be permitted for few more weeks even if the lockdown ends on said May 3rd date.

Not just UPSC, Mr Jitendra Singh also addressed the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exam postponement issue.

However, the candidates should continue their test preparations considering that the UPSC exam will only be postponed/deferred by few days/weeks, not cancelled entirely. More so, it advisable to use this time to hone your skills better.

The UPSC itself has not issued any official statement/circular/notice about the IAS/IFS CSE prelims exam 2020 postponement matter. Expect UPSC press release about the issue soon at upsc.gov.in. The aspirants may keep checking the official website for press release and notices.
