The ration card holders can now use the Telangana Postal Circle website instead of the EPOS DBT status response report option to check their Rs 1500 FSC payment status. The 1500 rupees fund under the Chief Minister KCR’s COVID-19 relief scheme is now being disbursed through the Telangana Postal Circle to the Food Security Card (FSC) ration card holders. Earlier the Telangana state government was facilitating the 1500 rupee Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) through the Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) portal epos.telangana.gov.in.

However, for the past 3 days, the EPOS DBT status response report portal link (https://epos.telangana.gov.in/ePoS/DBTResponseStatusReport.html) was not working due to the large number of individuals rushing to check the same.
In view of this problem, the state government on Friday informed that the ration card holders can now check their payment status on Telangana Postal Circle website instead of EPOS portal.

How to Check FSC Payment Status
- To check the Telangana DBT Rs 1500 ration card status online, visit the official website of the Postal Circle – www.telanganapostalcircle.in and click on the “FSC Payment Status” section.
- Now the DBT status checking page (telanganapostalcircle.in/acc_check.php.) will open.
- Once there, you can check the TS postal circle 1500 rupees DBT FSC payment status by entering either your Ration Card number or the bank account number. The bank account number must be the same as linked with the Aadhaar card/Ration card.
Update: Telangana EPOS DBT response status report page also seems to working fine now. Try to check the ration card status at night or in early morning hours to ensure the site functions properly. Check EPOS status here.

Mamta Banerjee, the Chief Minister of Telangana State, had announced this scheme to help economically weaker families with financial assistance of Rs 1500. The amount will be credited directly to the ration card holding beneficiaries without any registration process. The state government will use the ration card database for the disbursal of funds. The TS govt so far has transferred funds amounting to Rs 1190 crore in total including through payment via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to bank accounts and TS Postal circle.
According to the reports, the Telangana govt had processed the Rs 1500 fund to 74.07 lakh families through the registered banks on April 18, 2020. Additionally, over 5.21 lakh families were transferred the fund through TS Postal Circle without bank accounts.
