AP EAMCET Postponed 2020, new exam date to be notified later

AP EAMCET postponed news: Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has postponed the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) 2020. AP EAMCET was scheduled to be conducted on April 20th to April 24th, 2020.

The decision to postponed AP EAMCET 2020 comes in the wake of health and safety concerns of the students due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the country as well as worldwide.

AP EAMCET 2020 for engineering aspirants was to be held on April 20th-23rd, 2020, and for agriculture students, the proposed exam date was April 23rd and 24th, 2020.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, the EAMCET organising authority, has updated its website with the details. The exam dates were earlier were specified but now the section is empty, means that the new exam dates will be notified later. The exam will most likely be held in May-end or June.

While the AP EAMCET is postponed, the application submission process is currently underway. The last date to fill online application without any late fees is April 17th, 2020. The dates to apply with late fees are to be updated yet.

While Andhra Pradesh state had postponed its EAMCET exam, Telangana is yet to announce the postponement of its TS EAMCET 2020 exam. We’ll update once any official news comes out.
